Manufacturing Process & Quality Control
Our 32CrMo12 (1.7361) forging parts are produced with the following strict manufacturing process, and fully meet the EN 10083 standard:
- Steel Melting: Electric arc furnace (EAF) or oxygen blast converter + ladle treatment (LF) + vacuum degassing (VD/VOD)
- Raw Material Inspection: Radioactivity testing and chemical composition testing
- Open Die Forging: 0.75T/1T/3T/6T/9T electro-hydraulic forging hammer, 2000T/4000T/6300T hydraulic forging presses, and a reasonable forging ratio to improve grain structure
