Client Pain Point: A leading US shale gas operator needed high-performance, high-cycle fatigue tubing hangers for horizontal well fracturing operations in the Permian Basin. These parts were made from AISI 4140 low-temperature carbon steel and had improved mandrel structure and T-configuration seal system. All products passed Charpy V-notch impact tests at -40℃, 100% UT/MT NDT inspection, and more than 1000 pressure cycle tests. We also provided the client the full EN 10204 3.2 MTC certification for all products.
Project Result: The hangers have been working stably for over 4.5 years . No leakage or failure occurred after more than 2000 high-pressure fracturing operations ,which help the client reduce wellhead maintenance costs by 35% . Case 2: Middle East - Onshore Sour Gas Field Upgrade Project (Saudi Arabia)
Client Pain Point: A state-owned oil company in Saudi Arabia needed an upgrade for 180 wellhead systems in a high H2S/CO2 sour gas field. The parts must work well in 15000 Psi extreme high pressure, and they had to strongly resistante to ulfide stress cracking (SSC) . Our Solution: We supplied custom API 6A forged steel casing hangers (13-3/8” and 18-5/8” size) and tubing hangers which is made from super duplex steel A182 F53,and they fully meet NACE MR0175/ISO 15156. We improved the seal structure and material heat treatment process to make sure they could work stably for a long time in sour gas environments. All products passed third-party inspection by Bureau Veritas (BV).

We produced these parts with a triple melting process (EF + VOD + ESR) to make sure all of them have ultra-high purity and mechanical properties. We adopted a reinforced mandrel structure and dul seal system, with full heat treatment and grain refinement to meet the extreme working conditions of deep water pre-salt oilfields.
