Oil & Gas Industry (Onshore & Offshore)
Target Markets: Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE), North America (USA, Canada), Russia, Southeast Asia
Project Case: We supplied corrosion-resistant forged sleeves manufactured to API 6A specifications for a large offshore oil and gas platform project in the Middle East. The customer needed products that could work well in harsh downhole environments with high H2S, CO2, and chloride ion corrosion. We chose Inconel 625 and 2205 duplex stainless steel and provided a custom solution treatment process according to customer requirement. All of the products passed NDT testing and a third-party inspection by BV.For three years, they have been working perfectly. We also use our forged sleeves in tubing heads, wellhead equipment, casing hangers, fracturing equipment, choke valves, and subsea production systems.

Power Generation Industry (Thermal, Hydro, Nuclear, Wind)

Project Case: We made forged sleeves out of high-temperature and high-pressure alloy steel for several 660MW thermal power plants in Asia. These sleeves were used in gas turbine and steam turbine rotor systems. They were made of ASTM A182 F91 and F22 heat-resistant alloy steel. They could be up to 8 meters long and 2200 mm in outer diameter. We put in place a full-process quality control system that had strict rules about the forging ratio, grain size, and mechanical properties.TUV conducted EN 10204 3.2 third-party inspection on all products. These parts are also used in wind power gearboxes, nuclear power equipment, generator retaining rings, and hydro turbine units.

Project Case: We provided high-strength marine forged sleeves for an international shipbuilding company in Germany. These products were used for the propeller shaft system and rudder stock assembly of large container ships. The products were made of 42CrMo4 alloy steel and Monel 400 corrosion-resistant alloy, with a maximum length of 10 meters, and they were manufactured to DNV GL shipbuilding specifications. All of the products passed strict seawater corrosion resistance testing and fatigue performance testing, and have been used for more than 20 ships that travel in the ocean. they are also used for marine hydraulic systems, deck machinery, and offshore engineering equipment.

Project Case: We produced heavy-duty wear-resistant forged sleeves for a large mining project in Australia, and these products were used in crushing equipment and hydraulic press systems. We chose AISI 4140 and H13 hot work tool steel and provided a custom quenching and tempering process according to customer requirement. Full-Process Quality Control & Certification
For every piece of forged forging sleeves we produce, we implement a full-process traceable quality control system, from raw material incoming inspection to final product delivery, making sure all products meet clients requirements and international standards:
Raw Material Inspection
All of our raw materials are sourced from qualified large-scale steel mills, with incoming inspection including chemical composition analysis, metallographic distribution inspection, and surface defect inspection. We reject all unqualified raw materials to make sure the final products have high quality right from the source.
Forging Process Control
We strictly control forging temperature, forging ratio and deformation process, with a minimum forging ratio of 3:1. This makes sure our products have consistent and dense internal matrix, eliminates internal porosity and shrinkage defects ,and improves overall mechanical properties.
Heat Treatment Process Control
Our professional heat treatment engineers design a custom heat treatment process for each material and application, with precise control of heating temperature, holding time, and cooling rate, to make sure that the product has the improved mechanical properties (tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, impact toughness, hardness).
Final Product Comprehensive Inspection
We perform 100% full inspection on every finished forged sleeve, including:
