Full-Process Manufacturing Flow
- Raw Steel Melting: We use 30t electric arc furnace (EAF) + ladle refining furnace (LF) + vacuum degassing (VOD) equipment for steel making, to make sure the purity and uniformity of the molten steel, non-radioactive compliance, 100% meeting the chemical composition requirements of EN 10083-3 standard. - Open Die Forging: We use 2000T-6300T hydraulic forging presses and 1T-5T electro-hydraulic forging hammers for forging, with controlled forging ratio (≥3:1, customizable according to requirements) to refine the internal grain structure, eliminate internal defects, and make sure the internal quality of the forgings.
- Heat Treatment: We have ten heat treatment furnaces, which can process quenching and tempering, stress relieving, case hardening, nitriding and other heat treatment processes according to standard and your technical specifications, to get the best mechanical properties of the material.
- Machining: We provide all of the machining processing, from rough machining to semi-finish machining to finish machining, all follow your drawings. We can meet your size tolerance and surface finish requirements, which will reduce your costs later on.
- Quality Inspection: We have full-process quality inspection, from coming material inspection, production process inspection to finished product inspection, to make sure every product meets the quality requirements.
Standard Heat Treatment Method for 39NiCrMo3 Steel
- Quenching: Heating temperature 830-850 ℃, oil quenching cooling, to have uniform martensite structure
- Tempering: temperature 550-650 ℃, can be adjusted according to the required mechanical properties and hardness, to have the best combination of strength and toughness
- Stress Relieving: Treatment temperature 550-650 ℃, used to eliminate residual stress after forging and machining, reduce the risk of deformation during following processing and usage.
- Surface Hardening: Can get surface hardness of 53-58 HRC, suitable for gear and shaft Parts that require wear resistance
- Nitriding Treatment: Can improve surface hardness and fatigue limit, surface hardness can reach up to 600 HV1

Sampling Requirements: Sampling and sample preparation are follow UNI EN 10083-1:2006 standard. Each mechanical test is performed on 2 samples collected from different positions: 25mm from the surface of the component, and 1/3 of the diameter of the component, to make sure the uniformity of internal properties.
