Full-Process Manufacturing Flow

  1. Raw Steel Melting: We use 30t electric arc furnace (EAF) + ladle refining furnace (LF) + vacuum degassing (VOD) equipment for steel making, to make sure the purity and uniformity of the molten steel, non-radioactive compliance, 100% meeting the chemical composition requirements of EN 10083-3 standard.   2. Open Die Forging: We use 2000T-6300T hydraulic forging presses and 1T-5T electro-hydraulic forging hammers for forging, with controlled forging ratio (≥3:1, customizable according to requirements) to refine the internal grain structure, eliminate internal defects, and make sure the internal quality of the forgings.
  3. Heat Treatment: We have ten heat treatment furnaces, which can process quenching and tempering, stress relieving, case hardening, nitriding and other heat treatment processes according to standard and your technical specifications, to get the best mechanical properties of the material.
